REFUND POLICY

Here at Exploring Bath Bombs we always want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you're not, we make returns and exchanges easy. You can exchange any product or gift that you're not satisfied with for whatever reason. And we'd love to help you find something that'll really knock your socks off instead. But if you'd prefer a refund, no problem: ship item back to us with receipt ,you pay shipping cost. Just remember we cannot accept shipped returns without prior authorization through Customer Care. So be sure to give us a call or live chat first. Note that any refund or exchange will not include or cover the cost of return shipping.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care. If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, has been discontinued and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
